••• The publishing of pictures on our web pages is done in accordance with permit granted by the persons depicted. The existance of this permit is assumed via participation in a event hosted by the Peroclators, except if the permit is explicitely withdrawn at the moment of the picture being taken. Any depicted person can of course demand to remove a foto from the web, given that this person is a major subject of the foto.
Further rights stay with the fotographer and/or the persons depicted. Therefore fotos MUST NOT be used for publications without explicit permit by the holder of the copyright.
Grafics and icons used in this web site are mostly created by ourselves. As far as other symbols they are license-free. If this should not be true for an item, we will either stop using it or buy a license after being informed about the situation. •••
